Specialty: Ashtanga with mantra, Pranayama and meditation influences.

Background: Brittany found her love for yoga six years ago and decided to train to become a teacher to share this wonderful lifestyle with others.  She incorporates mantra, pranayama and meditation in her classes as well as focusing on all eight limbs of yoga. As 500 hr RYT,  her style is Ashtanga based yet she is a strong believer in slowing it down and is also certified in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Hatha Gong.  She mentors under Thomas Zitzka and studies also with Mary Bruce, Lisa Cohen and Lorilee Gilmore.

Philosophy: She believes everyone can do yoga and offers accessible classes for all levels. A forever student, Brittany is always looking to grow her practice on and off the mat.
