Background: Kat has been teaching Yoga since 1989 and training Yoga teachers since 1996. She incorporates body rolling, myofascial release, bone strengthening, Meridian stretches, Sacred Sound, Asian Medicine and deep core/Hara work in the practice.
Kat has degrees in Acupuncture, Occupational Therapy and Psychology; she is certified by Integrative Yoga Therapy, Qi Revolution and Yamuna Body Rolling.
