Background: BS in Anatomy & Physiology. Angie began practicing yoga 16 years ago after a back injury ended her dreams as a professional dancer. She received her 200 RYT with At One Yoga in 2010 & recently traveled to India to complete her 500 RYT Sattva Yoga training, studying under Anand Mehrotra.
Philosophy: This is her favorite quote, as well as her personal Mantra for life:

Unique/ Personal: Besides teaching yoga, Angie is also blessed with the task of growing awareness for LVAD therapy (an artificial heart pump) that not only saves lives, but returns people to a wonderful quality of life. She gets to help people open their hearts figuratively, AND literally, on AND off the mat. She also own 6 crock pots which she has been known to use all at once! She loves to garden, paint, and play with her dog Boogie every chance she gets.
