Background: Started practicing yoga at the age of eight with her mother. Danced throughout most of her adolescent years, which made the transition to a more dedicated yoga practice later on in life seem natural.
Philosophy: Encourages students to find inner freedom on the mat so that freedom can be taken off the mat.
Unique/personal: Having severe scoliosis motivates her to not only take care of her own body and spine through yoga but to help others overcome their own setbacks or limitations as well. Reminding her students that, it’s not about how good you look it’s about how good you feel.
